1.Distinguished by its Snap Lock installation design, featuring 33 mm high ribs and 300 mm effective cover width when interlocked. Enhances rainwater drainage capacity with stiffening ribs in the pan for added strength; 2 ribs per sheet.
2.Modern concealed installation technology: screws fasten the lower side of the sheet from the right edge, then the adjacent sheet snaps over to lock securely into place, concealing all screws and providing superior leak prevention.
3.Suitable for roofs with a pitch of 2° or steeper (or 1:30), depending on sheet length and rainfall volume.
4.Installation requires purlin alignment on an even plane to ensure unobstructed rainwater drainage; recommended purlin spacing should not exceed 1.30 m, depending on steel sheet thickness.
5.Injected with 25 mm and 50 mm PU foam insulation, lined with silver, white, black PVC, or metal under-sheet, doubling as a finished ceiling.
6.Ideal for a wide range of buildings, from small residential structures to large commercial facilities.
